ChocoCoconut Butterscotch Cookies

Prep: About 20 minutes Bake: 12 minutes at 375 F Makes 30 Cookies Ingredients: 2 cups Almond flour 1 cup Oats 1 tsp Baking Soda ½ tsp Salt ¼ cup Coconut Oil ¼ cup Maple Syrup 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla ½ cup Chocolate Chips ½ cup Butterscotch Chips ½ cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut Directions: Preheat oven to 375 F for conventional or 350 F for convection.
