Garlic Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 Large Head of Cauliflower
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 450F
Cut cauliflower off in pieces making sure to keep them fairly uniform so the pieces roast evenly.
Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl.
Mix garlic, olive oil, and spices in a small bowl.
Pour spice mixture over cauliflower and stir to coat evenly.
Place cauliflower on a prepared baking sheet using parchment paper and non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
Roast at 450 F for 30 minutes stirring one time in the middle.
