Garlic Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

This is a super easy, super delicious vegetable side dish perfect for boosting immunity!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Head of Cauliflower
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F
  • Cut cauliflower off in pieces making sure to keep them fairly uniform so the pieces roast evenly.
  • Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl.
  • Mix garlic, olive oil, and spices in a small bowl.
  • Pour spice mixture over cauliflower and stir to coat evenly.
  • Place cauliflower on a prepared baking sheet using parchment paper and non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  • Roast at 450 F for 30 minutes stirring one time in the middle.
