Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Pounds Fresh Broccoli Florets, cut to bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F and prepare large cooking sheet by brushing with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Place broccoli on sheet and drizzle with oil and lemon mixture.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of broccoli.
  • Bake at 425 F for 20-30 minutes or until desired softness is reached.
