Mix ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic, onion and salt in a medium bowl with your hands. Form into 6 patties.
Grill patties at 350 F for 5 minutes on each side or until internal temp is 160 F. You can also pan fry on medium high for about 5 minutes on each side or until internal temp is 160 F.
While patties are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, chopped onion, garlic, and honey for sauce.
To assemble pitas: Slice patties into 3 slices and arrange in pita. Fill with lettuce,cucumber, tomato, onion, and feta. Top with sauce. Enjoy!
