Easy Bar-B-Q Salmon

This Bar-B-Q Salmon recipe was the beginning to a new love for fish for myself and my whole family! It is slightly sweet and a little spicy and super easy!

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 lb. Wild Salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Place salmon fillet on a greased baking sheet. I like to line mine with parchment also to minimize clean up.
Cover fillet with lemon juice and let sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes to marinade.
Mix spices in a small bowl.
Spread spices evenly over salmon fillet.
Bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily (internal temp of 145 F)
