Easy Caprese Salad

This salad is simple and perfect for any summer time gathering!

- 4 small tomatoes, chopped, or about 40 cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices Fresh mozzerella
- 1 small bunch Fresh basil leaves (about 12 leaves) finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a medium sized bowl and stir gently to combine and distribute basil evenly.
Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Drizzle glaze over salad.
Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers for 1-2 days.
