Ground Turkey and Veggie Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1.5 Cups Finely Shredded Carrot or Zucchini or Cook Broccoli (chopped small)
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup Almond Meal
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well. Don't be afraid to use your hands, but make sure you wash them well when you are done mixing!
  • Grease an 8" x 8" pan and transfer meat mixture to it. Form it into the pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Notes

Using a food processor will help you finely chop the onion and whichever other veggie you decide to use for this meatloaf very quickly!
