Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Whole Jalapenos
  • 6 Slices Nitrate Free Bacon
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.  Prepare baking sheet by lining with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Prepare jalapenos by cutting them in half and taking out the seeds.  Place jalapenos, sliced side up on your prepared baking dish.
  • Slice bacon in half so it will fit on top of the jalapeno.
  • In a small bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.  Mix well with a spoon or fork to combine.
  • Add a small spoonful of the cheese mixture to each jalapeno.
  • Top each jalapeno with a piece of bacon.
  • Bake for 17 minute or until cheese is bubbly and jalapeno is slightly soft.
