Simple Mediterranean Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ tsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together with a wisk in a small bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

Fresh lemon juice is best!
