Method
- On the stove top add cauliflower rice, green chile, and corn to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic powder and pepper and stir and cook for 1-2 more minutes or until steaming.
Notes
Note: you may need to add 1-2 Tbsp of water depending on the state of your frozen veggies. If they have some ice crystals, you probably do not need to add this.
