Chocolate Banana Muffins

These delicious Chocolate Banana Muffins are made with half whole wheat flour so you get the added benefits of whole grains, but with the same yummy taste!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 small Bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter, melted
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Prepare muffin tin by using non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together until well combined.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups to be about 1/2 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until center is set.
