Method
- Place salmon fillet on a greased baking sheet. I like to line mine with parchment also to minimize clean up.
- Cover fillet with lemon juice and let sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes to marinade.
- Mix spices in a small bowl.
- Spread spices evenly over salmon fillet.
- Bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily (internal temp of 145 F)
