Easy Bar-B-Q Salmon

This Bar-B-Q Salmon recipe was the beginning to a new love for fish for myself and my whole family! It is slightly sweet and a little spicy and super easy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lb. Wild Salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Place salmon fillet on a greased baking sheet.  I like to line mine with parchment also to minimize clean up.
  2. Cover fillet with lemon juice and let sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes to marinade.
  3. Mix spices in a small bowl.
  4. Spread spices evenly over salmon fillet.
  5. Bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily (internal temp of 145 F)
