Garlic Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

This is a super easy, super delicious vegetable side dish perfect for boosting immunity!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Head of Cauliflower
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Cut cauliflower off in pieces making sure to keep them fairly uniform so the pieces roast evenly.
  3. Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl.
  4. Mix garlic, olive oil, and spices in a small bowl.
  5. Pour spice mixture over cauliflower and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Place cauliflower on a prepared baking sheet using parchment paper and non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  7. Roast at 450 F for 30 minutes stirring one time in the middle.
