Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 tsp Fresh minced Ginger
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.

Notes

If you want to reduce the portion to use this recipe as a snack, just share the other half or save it for later!
