Ginger Berry Smoothie
This ginger berry smoothie recipe is amazingly fresh and delicious! I just love the added zip of fresh ginger. It has really become one of my favorite spices! Ginger has tons of helpful benefits! It is anti-inflammatory, naturally relieves pain, improves digestion, and lowers cancer risk. Of course, there are many other benefits of ginger, but these are the most well researched.
Smoothies are a great way to add more fruits and vegetables into your daily routine. They are also a great way to get your daily dose of probiotics. Probiotics are found in yogurt and other fermented foods. Probiotics are a great way to maintain healthy digestion and immunity!
You can make these the night before also and refrigerate until you are ready to drink it! Breakfast in a flash!

Hi Jen. Sounds delicious. Would that be the thin “coconut” milk in the box or the coconut milk in the can? XO Pam
It really works well with either. For a smoothie, if you use the can, I would recommend getting the “lite” version or it may be too much!
Thanks for sharing! I love this smoothie recipe!
