Method
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well. Don't be afraid to use your hands, but make sure you wash them well when you are done mixing!
- Grease an 8" x 8" pan and transfer meat mixture to it. Form it into the pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
Notes
Using a food processor will help you finely chop the onion and whichever other veggie you decide to use for this meatloaf very quickly!
