Parmesan Baked Chicken Strips

Simple, delicious, and low-carb, the whole family will love these chicken strips!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium chicken breasts, about 1.3 pounds
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded (not grated) Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried Basil
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into strips about 1"wide.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, thyme, and basil. Stir to combine.
  4. Take each chicken strip and dip in butter and then into parmesan mixture.
  5. Place chicken strips on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray.
  6. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 160 F.
