Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

This easy and delicious side dish will please the whole family!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Pounds Fresh Broccoli Florets, cut to bite sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F and prepare large cooking sheet by brushing with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Place broccoli on sheet and drizzle with oil and lemon mixture.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of broccoli.
  5. Bake at 425 F for 20-30 minutes or until desired softness is reached.
